Frenchly provides AI-powered French learning tools for Canadian immigrants, international students, workers, and learners preparing for Canadian French goals. We offer paid Pro access for one exam (TEF Canada or TCF Canada) or for both, sold as 3 months (90 days) of access, with a 14-day free trial for new accounts.
A card is required to use Frenchly. New accounts get one 14-day free trial per person: you choose one exam ($89.99 CAD) or both ($129.99 CAD) and give a payment card through Stripe, and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged once, plus any applicable tax, for 3 months (90 days) of Pro access. It does not renew after those 3 months. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from your profile (Cancel trial or manage billing) or by contacting support, and you will not be charged; your access then ends when the trial ends. Accounts that already used a free trial, a free month or any paid plan pay when they buy. Learners who started a free month before November 2026 keep it until it ends.
Pro is sold as 3 months of access: a one-time payment of $89.99 CAD for one exam (TEF Canada or TCF Canada) or $129.99 CAD for both, plus any applicable tax. It gives Pro access to the exam or exams you chose for 90 days from the day you pay, then ends on its own. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Buying another pass while one is running adds 90 days to it. When your access ends, your progress and results stay on your account, but lessons, mock exams, Sophie chat, Sophie Voice and audio require an active trial or plan. A pass for one exam never unlocks the other exam. Discount and promotion codes are not accepted.
The monthly plan is no longer sold. If you already have one, it keeps renewing at the price you signed up for until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile settings or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Pro members receive full access to their exam: the learning path, the exam's full mock exams (five for each exam), practice by skill, AI writing and speaking feedback, Sophie chat, and Sophie Voice, the live spoken conversation room, subject to fair use. Canadian scenarios, the weakness review and the final assessment are included in both the TEF Canada and TCF Canada plans. AI usage is subject to fair-use daily limits.
You may not use Frenchly to generate harmful content, attempt to bypass security measures, share your account with others, or use automated scripts to abuse our AI service.
Our AI teacher Sophie can make mistakes. Frenchly does not guarantee TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF, NCLC, CRS, immigration, job, school, or government outcomes.
Frenchly is not affiliated with TEF Canada, TCF Canada, France Education International, IRCC, the Government of Canada, or DELF/DALF providers. Frenchly provides practice software, not official exam administration, immigration advice, legal advice, or representation.
All Frenchly content, branding, and curriculum is owned by Frenchly. You may not copy or redistribute our content without permission.
Frenchly is not liable for exam results, immigration outcomes, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 90 days.
